We’re launching a new feature in TofuPilot: the Test Step Insights module. It’s designed to make managing your manufacturing tests easier by helping you identify real issues and avoid false failures caused by test errors.

We know how important real-time test data is to track and improve manufacturing efficiency and quality, but developing in-house analytics is resource intensive. TofuPilot is plug-and-play: you get insights in minutes not months.

What it can do for you

Measure First-pass Yield at step-level

The first-pass yield is a key metric for measuring test system quality and efficiency. TofuPilot now provides this metric in real-time, breaking it down by step to help you quickly spot the steps causing the most failures.

The module also provides insights on what step to prioritize first.

Limits Accuracy & Deviations

Some tests are simple pass/fail, but many require comparing measured values to precise limits, which are crucial for product quality. TofuPilot now automatically measures how well each test step meets its limits, giving you a clear view of your test procedure's capability.

This makes it easy to spot incorrectly set limits or sudden deviations.

Test Duration Analysis

For test engineers focused on efficiency, our new module provides a breakdown of each test step's duration, helping you spot the time-consuming steps that could be slowing down your test benches.
