With many new users joining TofuPilot recently, we've had lots of thoughtful questions—like, “What’s your business model?” and “Can we self-host TofuPilot?”
This week, we’re excited to answer them. Let’s dive in!
Free & Paid Plans
We love products with transparent pricing, but defining it for TofuPilot—while balancing simplicity, accessibility for teams of all sizes, and sustainability for our own—proved challenging. After gathering your feedback, and fine-tuning our models, we’re thrilled to introduce one free tier and two paid plans.
Plans Details
The Lab Plan is our free tier, designed to help you speed up your test development with all the key features of TofuPilot. It lets you build and even deploy your tests systems for small production volumes, for as long as you want.
The Pro Plan, starting at $50 /month, is for teams ready to level up. It provides you with secure collaboration and external test deployments, includes generous run and attachment volumes, and scales with your growth.
Finally, the Enterprise Plan is for teams needing greater control, with options for self-hosting, annual billing, dedicated support, and more.

Smooth Transition Ahead
No action needed! In the coming days, all free accounts will automatically switch to the Lab Plan, which stays free. Paying organizations will transition to plans based on their current setup. If there are any billing changes, we’ll notify you directly. We’re here to help if you have questions—just reach out to us.
Self-Hosting Option
All TofuPilot plans include secure cloud hosting by default, but some organizations face connectivity challenges or IT policies that require on-premises solutions. That’s why TofuPilot Self-Hosting is now available as part of the Enterprise Plan.

Swiss Innovation Award
We’re thrilled to share that TofuPilot has received support from the FIT Innovation Foundation, a prestigious Swiss tech program. This recognition will accelerate our product development, helping us bring more features, faster updates, and better support to our community.
